This image is from my #julissamora100dayaustin project. The inspiration for this drawing comes from the Austin, Texas Aquarium. They have live Mermaids all summer long!

I’ll never forget our first visit to this place when my daughter was about a year and a half. She was all giggles and just amazed at the large fish tanks everywhere with all of the colorful tropical fish. It was a magical day for sure and one that I’ll always remember.
